Rules of the Race:

1. I will only trade Tortoise Trades for my own personal account.

2. I am not a Commodity Futures broker, nor do I managed any discretionary funds or advise any commodity pool operators.

3. I have carefully considered my financial position to determine if futures trading is appropriate for me.

4. I do not hold Tortoise Trades responsible for any losses I may incur while trading futures based on their recommendations.

5. I will keep my account with Tortoise Trades under my credit limit that will be established once I sign up.

6. I will not be charged for any trade that losses money. A break-even trade is considered a profitable trade and my account will be charged for that trade.

7. I may cancel at any time by notifying Tortoise Trades.
